The County House was built at the end of the 18th century and was then rebuilt into its final form in 1813. The building represents late baroque architectural style. Today, the building serves as Local Labour, Social and Family Affairs Office. The landmark has been under ongoing reconstruction since 2017 and as of today is in the third stage of restoration.
