The hospice provided sheltered to up to 5 poor people at once, and also provided allowance to these families in need from the foundation funds. In 1904 Géza Spitzer bought the property and converted it into the largest printing office in the town and a bookshop. The ground floor serves as bookshop until today. The chapel was renovated in 2016.
