The Elisabeth Bridge was built between 1891 and 1892, designed by John Feketeházy, who was one of the renowned architects of that era. It is ranked among the longest bridges of Hungary. According to multiple pacts, the bridge belongs to both Slovakia and Hungary.
The Elizabeth Island lays between Komárno and Komárom and has undergone many changes throughout the years.
